I especially loved his pancakes and vegetable with sauce!  And the driver... we felt very safe with his driving, and we felt that he went beyond his responsibilities to satisfy us!"

Everything went very smoothly. Your colleague, Jerusalem, called me the evening before I left to kindly confirm all details; with the flights everything went well; in both Lalibela and Axum car with driver and guide were waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel. Both hotels were great, no problems at all and nice service (I also had some domestic lizards in my room one evening :)). The trip with the guides was perfect, we had time to see everything. I have to say that both guys were very nice and knowledgeable, provided a lot of info and spoke very good English! I was very happy with them. The one I had in Lalibela, Bogale, was also great company for the whole day and we had a very good time.For the time I had available for this trip I think that the itinerary was perfect and all the sites were amazing. Also the initial contacts with you and preparations of the trip was good. It was great that you answered all my stupid questions which was the reason why I opted for your agency (despite the fact that I also had a cheaper offer from another agency :)). My freaking out one week before the trip when I asked you all the details and phone numbers and stuff was indeed due to the fact that I'm a bit too organized (as you rightly remarked when we met in Addis) and it was my first time in Africa and I was travelling alone... So taking all this together I wanted as much info as possible to feel okay. But with the details you gave me I felt very comfortable and it was also good to see you personally in Addis. All together I was very happy with the service I got from your agency."
